Welcome to Shopnodip Resort. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment Policy
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, online local payments, and international payments by card.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on room bookings.
- Date Changes: Guests may change their reservation dates up to two weeks before the original check-in date.
- Cancellation: If a reservation is not changed within two weeks of the check-in date, the reservation will be canceled and the paid amount will be void.
5. Damage and Conduct Policy
- Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort property. Charges for damages will be applied based on the damage ratio.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner and not cause any disturbance to other guests. Detailed conduct rules will be provided during check-in. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to guests who do not comply with these standards.
6. Pets Policy
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
7. Liability
- Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
- Injuries: The resort is not liable for any injuries sustained by guests while on the property.
8. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for processing bookings and providing services. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
- Privacy: We are committed to protecting the privacy of our guests. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Additional Services
- Room Service: Available 24/7. Charges apply as per the menu.
- Spa Services: Available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Advance booking is recommended.
- Swimming Pool: Open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Gaming Zone: Open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Restaurant: Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a variety of cuisines. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
