Welcome to Shopnodip Resort. By booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth experience for our guests and comply with all necessary regulations.

1. General Information

  • By accessing or booking with Shopnodip Resort, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.
  • These terms are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Booking and Payment Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:
    • Cash (on-site)
    • Online payments via SSLCommerz
    • International payments through credit or debit cards
  • Invoices: An electronic receipt or invoice will be issued for all payments.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must notify the resort in advance for such requests.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Payments for confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
  • Date Changes: Guests can request a change in reservation dates up to 14 days prior to the original check-in date.
  • Cancellations: If no changes are requested within 14 days of the check-in date, the booking will be canceled, and the payment forfeited.

5. Damage and Conduct Policy

  • Damage to Property: Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property. Charges will be assessed based on the nature and extent of the damage.
  • Guest Conduct: All guests must maintain proper decorum during their stay. Disruptive behavior, including loud noise or misconduct, is prohibited. The resort reserves the right to deny service or accommodation to any guest violating these rules.

6. Pets Policy

  • Pets: Pets are not permitted on the resort premises.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Secure lockers or in-room safes are provided for valuables.
  • Injuries: Guests assume all responsibility for personal injuries or accidents occurring on the property.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: Personal data collected during bookings will be used solely for processing reservations and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Data Protection: We adhere to strict privacy standards and will not share guest information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Additional Services

  • Room Service: Available 24/7. Charges apply as per the menu.
  • Spa Services: Operating hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Advance booking is required.
  • Swimming Pool: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Gaming Zone: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Restaurant: Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Operating hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from bookings or stays will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
